ISCL provides Earthworks Services and related plant hire, whether in preparation for our own construction projects or as a single service provision to clients. Clients included but not limited to are Weldfab Ltd, TOFCO Ltd and Massy Energy and Engineered Services.
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

We are prequalified with firms such as Nipdec, Powergen, T&TEC and Paria Fuel Trading company limited etc., for the provision and supply of manpower and equipment for maintenance works, general services (AC, plumbing and electrical) as well as a registered contractor for all discipline of Engineering Procurement and Construction projects for Industrial, Commercial and Residential.
EXTERNAL CIVIL WORKS
Civil works encompass a large field and as a multi-disciplined construction company, ISCL has many years of experience in the successful execution of earthworks and concrete works. From upgrading parking lots and concrete pavements, to the construction of various office buildings, warehouses, Residential and Commercial buildings erection of structural steel communication towers, buildings and workshops to name but a few.
EQUIPMENT GROUTING
ISCL has partnered with Specialist Chemicals Limited a leading supplier of grout and admixtures in Trinidad and Tobago. ISCL has over two (2) decades of experience with the application of both cementitious and epoxy grouting systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
WELDING AND FABRICATING
ISCL has in-house Fabricators and Welders and has an updated well-staffed prequalified subcontractor listing that were engaged on previous projects that we can tap skillsets from Labourer to Project Manager to meet your business objective.
ARTISAN TRADES (PAINTING, MASONRY, AND CARPENTRY)
Has a secured database for these skill sets and executes a number of renovation and maintenance projects for Corporate Clients at their personal homes.
